A new South London garden for this historically sensitive garden square.  Proposals create an enhanced front garden facing the square and a new, lushly planted, courtyard garden to accompany a new basement extension and refurbishment of this grade II listed house in a conservation area. 

The landscape proposals successfully discharged the landscape related planning conditions for the project, (which included a requirement for a soft landscape specification and full planting plans). The garden is north east facing so requires a careful shade tolerant planting palette.   A new shade tolerant sedum, green roof will also form part of the scheme.
